The diagnosismay be easily missed in adults,since many are asymptomatic;moreover, symptoms, whenpresent, often overlap withthose of other pulmonaryprocesses. Surgical resectionprovides definitive managementand is usually reservedfor patients with symptoms.We present a case of intralobarbronchopulmonary sequestrationthat presented duringadulthood.
